Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@ruikala.com with photos and a detailed description. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once the returned item is received at the above address, any applicable refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Since we do not accept returns, all items — including sale items, gift cards, and personalized products — are considered final sale.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may still be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. To initiate this process, contact us at connect@ruikala.com. If the return is accepted, items should be sent to the address above.
